Free for screenings. Third party payment accepted. Does not accept Medicaid. Medicare pays for audiological evaluations but not for hearing aids. Those without health insurance who also have household income at or below 400% of federal poverty guidelines may apply for sliding scale financial assistance for audiological evaluations.
