Provides necessary home healthcare equipment and supplies that are required by people who are coping with the effects of a chronic health condition or disability or are convalescing following surgery or illness. Offers respiratory aids and oxygen, aerosol medication supplies and equipment, asthma supplies such as nebulizers, bariatric products, CPAP supplies, bathroom safety devices, bed accessories, body muscle care equipment, diabetic supplies, infusion/IV supplies, knee support, orthopedic supplies, pain management supplies, personal care/patient aids, skin care supplies, sleep apnea equipment, surgical supports, toileting equipment, ambulatory equipment, and non-ambulatory equipment including lift chairs and hospital beds.

Matches experienced individuals with disabilities to our new consumers for support toward reaching specific goals. Peer support may be provided individually or in groups. Individuals with disabilities can create an Independent Living Plan (ILP) which they direct in that they choose the goals they would like to accomplish and they are guided by employees who provide advice on how to achieve the stated goals.

Complaints of housing discrimination based on a person's race, color, religion, national origin, familial status, handicap, military status or sex are received from clients. Resolving these complaints may consist of investigating, testing, conciliating, or possibly referring to a higher legal resource for resolution.

211 Pathways

Provides limited, low cost legal assistance. Can provide defense in limited criminal matters including vacating pending traffic violations, managing misdemeanors, or dealing with probation or low-level felony warrants. Provides help with sealing of criminal records/expungement (and in some cases may be able to lessen or remove some penalties). Provides help with lawsuits arising from credit disputes, civil actions, and home foreclosures. Assists with the preparation of simple wills and assistance with some probate matters. Does not assist in criminal cases where a public defender or private lawyer will handle the case (most cases in common pleas court or municipal courts), unless its related to a Motion to seal or "expunge" or a motion to vacate capias (vacate an outstanding arrest warrant). Does not represent individuals in the following types of cases: civil litigation, workers comp, bankruptcy, eviction, divorce/dissolution/child support, and/or administrative appeals.

Parents discuss topics such as parenting styles, child development and developmental stages, self-esteem, discipline, parent needs, stress management, problem solving, and building supports. 211 Mansfield OH

Summer Youth Programs are intended to promote a student’s transition from high school to post-secondary education, vocational training, or integrated employment. Services may include an evaluation of the consumer’s vocational needs, instruction on vocational topics such as interviewing skills, work behaviors, basic job readiness skills, and independent living skills, as well as integrated, community based work experiences. Staff work with students to learn job tasks and skills needed in the workplace. Students are paid Ohio minimum wage for work time.
