Center of Hope is a community service center and food hub. The Bladensburg location houses MidOhio Market, which is a free grocery market and operates as a food distribution hub for mobile programs that operate in rural Ohio. Center of Hope also provides holistic supports for individuals, including chaplain services, health/wellness programming, senior services and more. We also operate a limited number of deliveries to homebound seniors.

Provides advice and representation for those being evicted, foreclosed upon, locked out, having difficulty obtaining repairs from a landlord, or who have had utilities terminated. Advice and representation may also be available to those who wish to enforce special rules of subsidized housing, or those seeking assistance with land contract problems and housing discrimination matters. Provides the Juvenile Court which has jurisdiction to hear the following types of cases: Delinquent youth - those who have committed an offense, prior to their 18th birthday, that would be a crime if committed by an adult; Unruly youth - those who have committed a status offense that only applies to someone under the age of 18; Juvenile Traffic Offender - anyone who has committed a traffic offense prior to attaining the age of 18; Abused children - those children who have been physically or sexually abused by parents, guardians or other adults; Neglected children - those children who are not properly cared for or are abandoned by their parents or guardians; Dependent children - those children who are without proper care or support through no fault of their parent or guardian; Custody - to determine the custody of any child not a ward of another court of this state.

The PLAY ProjectT is a parent implemented, intensive early intervention program for young children with autism. Early intervention can make a profound difference in the life course of these children, and outcomes show significant imrovement in a child's social skills, compliance, social emotional development, and autism symptomology. Children learn best through play in the natural environment of the home, and leads to improvements in parent-child interaction and decreased parent stress and depression.
