Provides a comprehensive voter services hotline and during some elections, in-person assistance dealing with issues voters may have. Live, trained volunteers are available to answer a range of calls from early voting issues, voting by mail, polling place locations, provisional voting, calls dealing with machine malfunctions, late opening polling places, eligible voters who are turned away, and instances of voter intimidation and deception.

Accepts donations of non-perishable food, nutritional supplements, kitchen supplies, and personal care items. Donated items are never resold.

Provides free, civil legal services to those in need in eight counties throughout central northeast Ohio. Offer screening for those seeking legal assistance; legal information, advice and representation for qualifying clients; community education on legal issues; public advocacy and awareness of the needs of low-income individuals and families; continuing legal education workshops and training; partnership with and training for community organizations.

Provides services such as explaining benefits, filling out forms, forwarding claims for processing and representing veterans in appeals. Provides case management to veterans, helping them screen and file for federal, state and county veterans' benefits as well as other social service benefits.
