Our neighborhood navigators help connect pregnant and postpartum women to valuable community resources to support them during pregnancy and up to one year after birth. Our goal is to help support a healthy birth outcome and ensure that infants make it to their first birthday. Our navigators help pregnant people connect to prenatal care and support through home visiting programs, referrals for mental health services, and access to support for smoking cessation and other substance misuse programs. Additionally, our navigators make sure expecting and postpartum mothers have everything they need to welcome their baby home by providing access to baby items, cribs, and other material goods to meet their needs. We also provide referrals to non-baby related resources, as we recognize that the health and well being of the mother can directly impact the health of the child. We can serve any pregnant mother living in Montgomery County, or any mother with an infant under one year of age. —

Provides psychiatric evaluation, appropriate mental health treatment, medications if indicated, follow up, and linking to ongoing psychiatric care for eligible individuals. Care teams include Nurse practitioners who can prescribe meds, psychiatrists, registered nurses, licensed social workers, care coordinators, and client services representatives. Service includes an onsite pharmacy.

Serves the City of Twinsburg, the Council consists of seven (7) members, two (2) which are elected at-large and five (5) elected by wards. Members serve 4-year terms commencing in odd years. The terms are staggered so that no more than four seats are open at any time. Responsibilities for Council include setting policies and making decisions on local government issues including tax rates, annexations, property code variances, and large contract awards.
