Provides leadership to assure an effective system of collaborative, coordinated and efficient community services which assist each family and child to meet their individual needs and responsibilities. Administers the following: * Kinship Care Closet * Service Coordination * Care Management 2025 Events/Special Programs: * Family Swim Nights. Jul 13-Aug 2 from 5:30 pm-8:30 pm. Site: YMCA Mansfield.
