Seeks volunteers to drive work crews to construction sites where the agency provides home repair services. Volunteers pay for their own gas.

Assists individuals and families leaving the Amish community with the following:

• Short term housing and transportation
• Applying for their birth certificates and social security numbers
• Filling out work applications and finding jobs
• Driving lessons and obtaining a driver’s license
• Computer Classes
• Assistance with GED and college education

• Faith-based messaging included in services, but participation in faith not required for services.

Provides medical care and case management for youth with genetic or metabolic disorders, such as Byler's Disease, Cohen Syndrome, Prolidase Deficiency, PKU, etc. Prepares and coordinates treatment protocols and care plans for the client, including follow-up care. Special attention is paid to the Amish community, who account for a larger proportion of the rare genetic and metabolic diseases.

Provides testing for genetic or metabolic disorders, such as Byler's Disease, Cohen Syndrome, Prolidase Deficiency, PKU, etc. Prepares and coordinates a treatment plan for the patient, which can involve multiple agencies and hospitals. Special attention is paid to the Amish community, who account for a larger proportion of the rare genetic and metabolic diseases.

Mobile health unit providing immunizations, health screenings, and health education. Health screenings include:

• Blood pressure reading
• Blood sugar check
• Cholesterol check
• Height and weight check

Offers mental health treatment specifically to the Amish population through a community outreach program. A Therapeutic Behavioral Specialist worker will visit the home to provide treatment, support and/or give referrals to Ravenwood programs and other community resources.

Tier 2 Testing - Requires doctor's orders:

• CBC (Complete Blood Count) - $20

Test results will be mailed to patient and may take up to two weeks to receive.

Provides transitional housing for women leaving the Amish community. Assists with basic life skills education, including the following:

• Learn new cultural norms and social skills
• Apply for birth records and social security numbers
• Take driving lessons
• Train for interviews and seek employment
• Study for GED testing
• Receive discipleship and counseling
• Learn about financial management

Residents also provided with work experience through Beyond Measure Market.

• Faith-based messaging included in services, but participation in faith not required for services.

Provides comprehensive medical services to the Amish community. Amish House provided on campus for patient and family members to stay. Amish Nurse Navigator assists with diagnosis and care plan.
