Provides specialized services for individuals with a dual diagnosis of mental illness, substance abuse and/or developmental disabilities. Acts as a liaison between the Franklin County Board of Developmental Disabilities and the Franklin County ADAMH system to coordinate services ensuring continuity of care for the client.

Provides psychiatric treatment for adults with a primary mental health disorder and secondary substance abuse. Services include psychiatric services, medication management, dietary consultations, art therapy and recreational activities.
