Developmental Disabilities Services Program | Netcare Access

Provides specialized services for individuals with a dual diagnosis of mental illness, substance abuse and/or developmental disabilities. Acts as a liaison between the Franklin County Board of Developmental Disabilities and the Franklin County ADAMH system to coordinate services ensuring continuity of care for the client.

These services are provided for adults and older adults who evidence a mental health and/or substance abuse disorder. Netcare's services are available to anyone regardless of ability to pay.
