Crossroads Dual Disorders Program | Portage Path Behavioral Health

Provides an intensive outpatient program for adults experiencing both substance use disorder and mental health illness. Facilitated by dually licensed staff in mental health and substance use disorder treatment. Teaches positive coping mechanisms to make lifestyle changes and improve personal communication skills.

Provides comprehensive mental health services for persons diagnosed with acute and moderate behavioral problems, and treatment for substance use disorders. Services include psychiatric evaluation, psychiatric treatment, diagnostic assessment, individual and group therapy, partial hospitalization, community consultation and education services. Provides an Emergency Services facility that is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
