Provides a federally-funded child development and family support program that provides early education, health, mental health, nutrition, and social services to families with children from birth to age 5 with disabilities (including speech or language delays, physical disabilities, health impairments, autism, and other developmental delays). Partners with local school districts, Help Me Grow, and other service providers to offer speech therapy, mental health services, screening and evaluations, and transportation to and from services. Offers two (2) program options: - Center-based option offers 5-days a week (full-day or half-day) in a classroom setting. - Home-based option offered once a week for an hour and a half in a home setting.

Provides two kits designed to introduce safety around moving vehicles in parking lots and to intervene in wandering behavior typical of autistic children. Kit usually includes door and window alarms, an ID bracelet, visual stop signs and a guide on what to do about wandering behavior. Parking lot safety kit includes parent/caregiver safety guide and vehicle magnet to remind children how to be safe in parking lots.
