Goal is to lower any health risks during pregnancy and childbirth. Participants have the option to receive informative texts at stages of developing pregnancy. Helps to find a doctor or nurse midwife. Helps arrange rides to and from prenatal checkups (these rides would count against the client's yearly limit of Medicaid covered rides). Clients are eligible for cash incentives for their participation.

Provides 15 round-trip visits (30 one-way trips) for each member per calendar year to any network provider. Medical appointments include trips to a doctor, provider, clinic, hospital, therapy or behavioral health appointment. Unlimited rides for pregnancy and well-child visits. Immediately following a medical appointment, provider will cover trips to the pharmacy to pick up a prescription. These trips are limited to provide transportation to and from any WIC or County Department of Job & Family Services (CDJFS) re-determination appointment, as an additional service.
