Application process

Go online or call M-F: 7:00am-7:00pm for local schedule. May make an appointment for service online if desired. Walk in for service. Plan members can earn rewards for accessing services on the van. Those wanting to bring the van to their community for an event may request the van online at least 12 weeks before the desired event. Requesting the van does not guarantee the appearance of the van. Enrollees should look out for reverification packets in the mail and report any address changes to their JFS office.
