Offers interior home repairs and accessibility modifications designed to increase senior homeowner's ability to live independently as they age. Projects range from addressing accessibility issues to installing grab bars to replacing lower-threshold showers.

Administers home and community-based supports for older adults and those with disabilities. Programs include but are not limited to: PASSPORT, Assisted living Medicaid waivers, long term care consultations, caregiver support services, regional long term care ombudsman, home repair, healthy lifestyles and wellness programs, aging and disability resource center, Medicare Part D enrollment assistance. Additional services may include: legal assistance, case management, transportation, personal care, housekeeping, adult day care, home delivered meals, emergency response systems, and other community resources.

Offers general health evaluations and examinations. Services included screening tests, nutrition education, counseling and health and fitness education.

Offers Customer Assistance Program (CAP) for low-income seniors. Eligible seniors receive a 25% discount on their monthly sewer bill.

Provides programs administered by the state that provides medical benefits for individuals and families with limited incomes who fit into an eligibility group that is recognized by federal and state law. Programs include the following: - Modified Adjusted Gross Income (MAGI): Medicaid for parents, caretaker relatives, pregnant women, newborns, children, extension adults, transitional Medicaid, and possible dual eligibility with Aged Blind and Disabled Medicaid and Medicare recipients. - Aged Blind and Disabled (ABD): Categorically Needy. Medicaid for 65 and older.
