Offers a free specialized exercise and nutrition program for older adults. Provides low-intensity, medically based exercise classes focusing on cardio, strength, and flexibility. Offers monthly talks on the latest topics in nutrition and fitness from a registered dietitian and fitness expert. Offers access to low-cost health screenings.
