Wadsworth Restaurant Voucher Program | Soprema Senior Center

Provides between one and 12 vouchers per month which can be used at the Soprema Cafe. The vouchers can be exchanged for either a hot meal or a sandwich. Fruit, vegetables and milk are also part of the restaurant voucher.

Refers individuals with aging and/or disability related issues to appropriate available services in the community to ensure that individuals' needs are fully met. Helps individuals find help for housing, transportation, in-home care, long-term care and other health and wellness services. Offers an internet-based, counselor assisted program that helps older adults and individuals with disabilities file for public benefits. Includes Healthy Start and Healthy Families, Home Energy Assistance Program (HEAP), child care subsidies, food stamps, voter registration and more. Provides benefit navigation, assistance with Social Security and Medicaid applications, and Social Security benefit analysis.
