Case management, referrals and advocacy for seniors needing to access community services in order to live independently in their home. Some limited chore assistance is available.

Individuals 60+, provides $50.00 in coupons for purchase of fresh fruits and vegetables from participating farmers. Coupons can be redeemed for fresh, unprepared, locally sourced fruits, vegetables, herbs and honey from farmers’ markets.

Provides between one and 12 vouchers per month which can be used at the Soprema Cafe. The vouchers can be exchanged for either a hot meal or a sandwich. Fruit, vegetables and milk are also part of the restaurant voucher.
