Provides a program that prepares and delivers regular meals to older adults. Offers frozen meals on weekends by request. Performs wellness checks daily when doing delivery.

Proactively works with local agencies to identify older people 60 years of age and over and adults with known or suspected Alzheimer's disease or a related dementia, who are living alone, have an intellectual developmental disability and/or have caregivers in needs of support.
