The database includes State Agencies on Aging, Area Agencies on Aging, Title VI Native American Aging Programs, Aging and Disability Resources Centers, and aging information and referral programs.

USS Caring Services offers the Bill Paying and Rep Payee Programs to Clark County older adults who either physically and/or cognitively have difficulty managing their monthly income. Bills are paid on time, check books are balanced and bank statements are reconciled through trained staff and volunteers.

Offers a tax reduction program which provides Portage County homeowners with relief on a portion of their home value. With homestead, eligible homeowners receive an exemption on a portion of appraised value from taxation for a single family home. Eligible military Veterans receive an additional exemption. Will answer questions and assist with completing forms regarding the reduction.
