Provides a free program for adults age 65 and older in need of critical home repairs. This is not an emergency repair program. View website here for full list of available repairs. Common repairs include:

  • Accessibility modifications (grab bars, ramps, etc)

This program does not cover cosmetic repairs, full renovations, mold or lead remediation or emergency repairs. Program is for owner-occupied single-family houses and condominiums only. Mobile homes are not eligible.
