Aging And Disability Resource Network (adrn) | Long Term Care Ombudsman

Refers individuals with aging and/or disability related issues to appropriate available services in the community to ensure that individuals' needs are fully met. Helps individuals find help for long-term care services including institutional care and community based services. Works in collaboration with partner organizations which include Benjamin Rose Institute, McGregor PACE, County Departments of Job and Family Services, Easter Seals, Linking Employment Abilities and Potential (LEAP), Services for Independent Living, and Western Reserve Area Agency on Aging as well as other organizations within the Aging & Disability Resource Network (ADRN).
