This is for the London City Water Department

Provides daily maintenance and operation of all water and sewage infrastructure for the unincorporated areas of Geauga County. Duties include inspection and maintenance of water and wastewater facilities, distribution and collection systems, testing and sampling at different points of the treatment process, and responding to customer complaints about water outages, sewer back-ups, etc. In case of basement flooding, will send an inspector to the site to determine if blockage or break is in the main sewer line (for example, the storm sewer in the street) or on private property (from the curb to the house). Can only address issues with publicly owned sewer line. The sewer line from the curb to the house is the homeowners' responsibility. Will give the property owner advice on what is needed to remedy the problem.

Provides water, sewer and stormwater services for the City of Columbus and water/sewer for some contracted suburban communities.

Provides water service for the city.

Accepts and treats all domestic wastewater from residential, commercial and industrial facilities along with regulated process wastewater from industry. Provides hydrant flushing and maintenance for the city. Provides a safe drinking water service to the city's customers and works to ensure water quality control measures meet or exceed state and federal regulations on safe drinking water.

Operates a water system serves approximately 55,000 people, which includes residents of Cuyahoga Falls, Munroe Falls, and Silver Lake.

Supervises the daily operation of all water supply, waste water collection and treatment for those facilities owned by Medina County. Covers all commercial, residential and industrial properties. Oversees operations of sewer systems in all Medina County townships.

Responsible for sewer maintenance and treatment of sewage and wastewater. Supplies drinking water through a central well field located off-site.

Operates and maintains the City of Fairborn's (only) underground water distribution pipes, valves, and fire hydrants. Operates the city's underground sanitary sewer system and pump stations. Maintains storm sewer pipes, storm inlets, and open drainage ditches. Operates and maintains the city's water treatment plant and well fields.

The Public Works Department includes the Forestry Division, Street Maintenance Division, and Traffic Control. The Utilities Department includes Sewer Maintenance Division, Wastewater Treatment Plant, Water Distribution Division, and the Water Treatment Plant. Services provided are snow removal, street sweeping, leaf pickup, removal of dead animals (in the street), pothole repair, tree planting and removal (area between curb and sidewalk only), street lights and street signs, and catch basin clean outs.

Permits and inspects new, replacement, and alterations to private water systems (PWS). Private water systems include: * Wells * Cisterns * Springs * Ponds

Provides water services to the City of Greenville. Offers customer assistance with securing and maintaining water service, billing concerns, payment arrangements, and other necessary services. Tap water testing of individual residences is usually limited to testing for chlorine content.

Provides the elected and appointed officials who serve the Village of Carrollton.

Responsible for sewer maintenance, water connections within the public right of way, and treatment of sewage and wastewater. Responsible for the maintenance of equipment to obtain and distribute the water supply for the city, and for the treatment of raw sewage for environmentally safe disposal.

Handles issues related to water and sewer systems in the Village of Spencer.

Oversees the construction of potable water wells, springs, cisterns, and hauled water storage tanks for homes and facilities that provide drinking water serving an average of less than 25 people at least 60 days a year and have fewer than 15 service connections. Provides water testing, issues permits for alteration, new construction or abandonment of private water systems, and assistance for maintenance of systems.

Maintains streets, water and waste water infrastructure, the parks and public buildings. Clears public right of ways of snow and keeps them clean.

Provides water service for the City of Kent. Handles billing issues concerning water.

Develops and maintains the system of aqueducts, reservoirs, channels, pipelines, mains, and pumping and purifying equipment by which the community's water supply is obtained, treated, stored, and distributed to consumers.

Provides utility services, including: street maintenance, water, sewer maintenance, and snow removal services to the City of Urbana.

Responsible for the development and maintenance of the system of reservoirs, pipelines, mains, and pumping and purifying equipment by which the community's water supply is obtained, treated, stored and distributed to consumers.

Maintains streets, signs and signals in the Mansfield City limits. Applies snow/ice control as necessary to maintain more than 600 lane miles of streets and alleys in the city limits. Clear brush out of alley right-of-ways, trim or remove dead, dying, deceased, or hazard trees on city right-of-ways. Plant trees at request of Shade Tree Commission. Make necessary asphalt patch repairs, crack seal streets, monitor street opening permits from Codes & Permits, patch Water and Sewer street openings. Maintains signs in city limits. Inventory, repair, replace, and install signs. Paint centerlines and skip lines on streets in city limits, also paint turn arrows, crosswalks, and school zones. Maintain traffic signals, annual signal inspection and relamping, downtown street light maintenance. City does not maintain residential street lights, that is Ohio Edison. Picks up dead animals in the city limits that are in the street, not on private property. Clean up debris in the street. Maintain State Routes in the city limits. Mow State Route fields and islands, in the city limits, city right-of-ways, road sides, and guard rails. Water and Sewer maintenance is in the same building.
