PRIVATE WATER SYSTEMS PROGRAM | RICHLAND PUBLIC HEALTH
Oversees the construction of potable water wells, springs, cisterns, and hauled water storage tanks for homes and facilities that provide drinking water serving an average of less than 25 people at least 60 days a year and have fewer than 15 service connections. Provides water testing, issues permits for alteration, new construction or abandonment of private water systems, and assistance for maintenance of systems.
