This program targets accountability and thinking errors and is designed to include education, assessment, and group therapy to help the offender towards accepting responsibility for the offense. This program is designed for non-violent sexual offenders and address victim empathy, family of origin issues, remorse, social competence skills, life skills and interpersonal relationship management.

Provides community based programming including case management, Adolescent Suicide Prevention Programming (ASPP), Parent Education Empowerment Resources and Support (PEERS), and Strengthening Families programming.

24 hour emergency assistance is available to help resolve situations that need immediate action to help ensure an individual's health and safety. A Service Coordinator can be reached during business hours and during evenings, weekends and holidays.

Provides Adult Protective Services for older adults in Adams County. Operates a hotline to report elder abuse, neglect (by self or others), and exploitation. Assigned caseworkers will evaluate reports, make recommendations for support services, and meet with clients and family members to review reports.

Provides diagnostic and treatment services including counseling, medication management, and psychiatric case management to plan and coordinate needed services for youth and adolescents.

Provides evidence-based treatment interventions based on individual need including problems stemming from traumatic life events.

Outpatient Partial Hospitalization & Intensive Outpatient Therapy for adults and children as young as 12 years of age. The following illnesses are treated: Depression, Anxiety, PTSD, Bipolar Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder. Our program begins with a mental and physical health assessment. Based on your assessment and your needs, our team will recommend a treatment plan that typically includes a combination of talk therapy, holistic therapies, peer-to-peer support groups, and medication management. Sometimes people with mental health issues are also struggling with substance abuse. A treatment plan that addresses individuals needs and symptoms will be developed.

Offers a day treatment program to provide a safe, structured environment where individuals are taught problem solving and life skills to improve treatment readiness. Provides an intensive outpatient care with a goal-oriented approach that includes open group therapy, medication monitoring, interpersonal skills training, and crisis intervention.

An initial Mental Health Assessment will be completed prior to the initiation of any mental health services for children/adolescents and adults.

Provides counseling to deal with a variety of life transition and other general counseling issues. Includes counseling around health problems, issues of loss (bereavement, grief) , counseling for issues that arise after the birth of a child, marriage counseling, and general counseling for youth. A mental health counselor addresses emotional aspects of infertility at one location. Not all services are offered at every location.

Provides a marital counseling program that explores major issues in marriage and helps participants learn successful ways to handle marriage conflict and to develop healthy marital activities.

Provide Crisis Intervention and Suicide Prevention services to Mahoning, Columbiana, Trumbull and Ashtabula Counties; 24/7 2-1-1 Information and Referral access for Columbiana, Mahoning, and Trumbull Counties and after hours for Ashtabula and Lake Counties; after hours link to various agencies in Mahoning, Columbiana, Trumbull and Ashtabula Counties; support groups for Survivors of Suicide; Senior Line; housing assistance and payee programs; Intensive Guardian Program; Recovery Services (Mahoning and Trumbull counties); Victim's Assistance; Community Center (Mahoning and Columbiana Counties); Special Navigator for Families with Special Needs.

Provides Individual, Family, and Group Psychotherapy services.

Provides a broad range of individual and group mental health counseling as well as specific counseling for bereavement and sexual abuse. Individual counseling services consist of a series of time limited, structured sessions that work toward the attainment of mutually defined goals as identified in the treatment plan. Group Counseling is provided to a number of clients with similar mental health issues. Groups are structured and time limited and focus on specific mental health issues.

Provides individual therapy, group therapy, skill-building, and medication management in a structured outpatient setting as an alternative to inpatient care.

Provide prescribing and monitoring of psychotropic medications by a Physician Assistant under the supervision of a Physician.

Provides comprehensive psychiatric diagnostic and medical evaluations; psychological testing; medication and social service assessments; and referrals and consultations for adults.

Provides short-term individual grief counseling for people experiencing anticipatory grief or coping with a loss.

This program offers opportunities to explore an individual’s potential through verbal and non-verbal expression, and helps develop physical and emotional learning skills through therapeutic art experiences. Dance, movement, role play, music, and traditional art provide modes of self-expression for every individual.
