Provides psychiatric evaluation, appropriate mental health treatment, medications if indicated, follow up, and linking to ongoing psychiatric care for eligible individuals. Care teams include Nurse practitioners who can prescribe meds, psychiatrists, registered nurses, licensed social workers, care coordinators, and client services representatives. Service includes an onsite pharmacy.

Serves individuals residing in Cuyahoga County, aged six and older, who would benefit from urgent behavioral health services due to a serious emotional disturbance, significant change in mental health symptoms, or co-occurring behavioral health conditions. Cannot prescribe controlled substances such as Adderall or Xanax.
