Job Corps is a free education and training program that helps young people learn a career, earn a high school diploma or GED, and find and keep a good job. For eligible young people at least 16 years of age that qualify as low income, Job Corps provides the all-around skills needed to succeed in a career and in life.
Offers career coaching, job search/placement services, and pre-employment guidance. Behavioral health counseling and legal coordination are also provided for members of the program. Individuals with prior criminal records, felony convictions, or who are returning citizens are encouraged to engage with career programming.

Provides a program designed for individuals involved in the criminal justice system.
Provides a two-week job assistance program. Services include training and placement. Participants are assessed to identify job skills, then receive instruction on how to apply for jobs online, develop a resume, cover letter and thank-you letters. Participants learn about effective job search techniques, interview etiquette and on-the-job attire.

Trainers facilitate transportation to and from work as well as assist with the initial training required for the job. Offers comprehensive supportive services that help people with disabilities prepare for, find, and retain paid employment. Services offered include resume preparation assistance, job-search skills training, support seeking workplace accomodations, and guidance about employee-employer communication. Assistance with interview attire and transportation to interviews is available to eligible participants.

Anger Management
Offers a job training and education program for eligible youth and young adults. Service includes housing, meals, health care and living stipends during the program, GED preparation, high school diploma programs, job training in more than 100 career areas, (includes health care, construction, hospitality, automotive and machine repair, and more). Training areas are aligned with industry certifications and are designed to meet currently workforce needs. After completing the program, graduates receive transition assistance that includes job leads, interview preparation and a cash bonus.
Assesses skills and work experience and provides job coaching, interview and resume preparation assistance, and training in basic job skills and work-related behaviors. Offers assistance finding paid work in a variety of community-based settings for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities.

CCMEP provides employment and training services to eligible, low-income individuals based on a comprehensive assessment of employment and training needs, as well as a basic skills assessment. Participants are provided services to support goals outlined in their individual opportunity plan, which may include support to obtain a high school diploma, job placement, work experience, and other supportive services such as child care and transportation. Individuals participating in CCMEP are required to commit to participating in activities outlined in their individual opportunity plan for a minimum of 20 hours per week. CCMEP case managers are required to engage with participants at least every 30 days, or if a participant is receiving intensive case management, at least every 14 days.
Provides employment education, case management, and GED classes for ex-offenders looking to reenter the workforce. Services include job readiness training, career assessment, resume writing and case management.

Serves to provide employment and training services to income-eligible individuals who are disengaged or dislocated from school or work. In addition to the academic and on the job training, participants have the opportunity to meet with a case manager on an individuals basis throughout the program. Staff seek to support participants in acquiring new skills needed to succeed in work, school and life.

Provides students who enroll an opportunity to learn a trade, earn their high school diploma or GED, and get help finding a career path. Provides supportive counseling and transitional assistance to its students for up to 12 months after completion of the program. Offers vocational training for Construction focused Occupations, Health Occupations, and Advanced Career Training opportunities. Capacity is 346 students divided among three (3) resident halls, with courses available all year and weekly enrollment.
CDS offers the following employment support services through I/O and Level One Waivers (county board of developmental disabilities system). Career Planning, Individual Employment Support, Group Employment Support. Employment supports are available in Licking, Knox, Ashland and additional counties.

Offers job search strategies, application assistance and interviewing tips to individuals who have lived in the U.S. for fewer than five years.
Provides education, training and placement services for disabled and disadvantaged through the goodwill training center; retail sales and training, contract services, which include custodial, building maintenance, assembly and packaging, subparts and wiping rag manufacturing programs.
The STEP program is a 15 week long program teaching the construction and electrical trades. The training includes: 80 hours of core curriculum in construction, cooking classes, personal training, budgeting and understanding money, assigned faith partner, Human Resources classes and soft skills training, safety, various speakers and presentations. Transportation and dinner are provided.
