To enroll in Job Corps, students must meet the following requirements: - Age 16 through 24. - A United States citizen or legal resident. - Meet income requirements. - Ready, willing, and able to participate fully in an educational environment. - A high school graduate or want to complete a high school diploma or GED. - Must be willing to complete a trade.
Must complete an application. An outreach and admissions counselor can assist with application if needed.
Monday - Friday: 8:00am to 4:00pm. Program is generally 6-9 months in length.

Description

Provides students who enroll an opportunity to learn a trade, earn their high school diploma or GED, and get help finding a career path. Provides supportive counseling and transitional assistance to its students for up to 12 months after completion of the program. Offers vocational training for Construction focused Occupations, Health Occupations, and Advanced Career Training opportunities. Capacity is 346 students divided among three (3) resident halls, with courses available all year and weekly enrollment.
