Eligibility
Serves ages 55 and older whose income is up to 125% of the federal poverty guidelines. There is a lifetime limit for individuals of 48 months' participation in this program. People may complete some of their months with this organization or with another organization that also provides this program.

Description
Provides job training to assist older adults in re-entering the work force. Following an initial screening appointment, individuals are placed in a work setting with the goal of obtaining unsubsidized, paid work within a limited amount of time. Includes referrals to services that build needed skills for permanent jobs.
