Clients in this program may receive limited cash assistance to help them become self sufficient. The program is a 16-week peer/mentor guided assistance in connecting to resource providers, while receiving guidance that promotes pro-social behavior. The program is goal-oriented to lead clients to a healthy, productive lifestyle. While participating in this program veterans are able to request monetary assistance with housing, utilities, food, and clothing.

Provides a program to assist and support those needing to develop and increase job search skills and obtain meaningful employment. Topics include career assessment, interview practice, resume building, time management, workplace etiquette, trauma, communication and conflict resolution and financial literacy. Child care assistance, lunch and breakfast are available, transportation provided if needed. Job seekers will be guaranteed job offers as they complete the program. Job seekers will also receive CVS Customer Service training and certification as well as part of the program. Clients, who may be interested, can be assisted in enrollment in the Culinary Arts Program.

CCMEP provides employment and training services to eligible, low-income individuals, ages 16-24 based on a comprehensive assessment of employment and training needs, as well as a basic skills assessment. Participants are provided services to support goals outlined in their individual opportunity plan, which may include support to obtain a high school diploma, job placement, work experience, and other supportive services such as child care and transportation. Individuals participating in CCMEP are required to commit to participating in activities outlined in their individual opportunity plan for a minimum of 20 hours per week. CCMEP case managers are required to engage with participants at least every 30 days, or if a participant is receiving intensive case management, at least every 14 days.
Provides a program designed to help area employers find and train employees and to help unemployed workers find positions and take training seminars to help them with new positions. Seminars cover a variety of topics that meet the needs of local businesses. Also provides job search workshops that include Interviewing Skills, Job Search Techniques, Labor Market Information, Resume Development, and Career Exploration.
Offers career management coaching, job finding assistance, resume workshops, interview coaching and career aptitude testing.

Employers frequently address the group.
