Program to help at risk youth age 14-24 successfully transition to adulthood.

Income based rental housing. Offer 50 apartments designed for elderly and persons with disabilities. All units are accessible by elevators. Utilities are included in the cost of rent.

Offers employment assessment and counseling, job readiness training, job finding assistance, and job placement services for refugees.

Provides job searching and placement assistance. Clients are assessed for skills and interests, given help with creating a resume, and given soft skills training (such as: how to act or dress during an interview). Provides computers for use in preparing resumes and doing job searches.

CCMEP provides employment and training services to eligible, low-income individuals based on a comprehensive assessment of employment and training needs, as well as a basic skills assessment. Participants are provided services to support goals outlined in their individual opportunity plan, which may include support to obtain a high school diploma, job placement, work experience, and other supportive services such as child care and transportation. Individuals participating in CCMEP are required to commit to participating in activities outlined in their individual opportunity plan for a minimum of 20 hours per week. CCMEP case managers are required to engage with participants at least every 30 days, or if a participant is receiving intensive case management, at least every 14 days.

Provides periodic workshops that assist with putting together effective job resumes, interview practice, using social media to search for a job and to post job requirements.

Offers several young adult employment programs offering job readiness and workplace skills training, case management, job placement, and tuition assistance with obtaining job specific training and certifications. Employment programs include: Hospitality, State Tested Nursing Assistant, Phlebotomy, Construction, and Manufacturing.

Program uses job and life skill coaches to teach the skills required for gainful employment. H.A.R.P provides coaching and training in warehouse management, truck driving, pick-up and delivery, construction, case management, customer relations, and inventory management. H.A.R.P also educates trainees on employability skills like hygiene, punctuality, and proper behavior for the workplace.

Education, training and necessary support services to help customers obtain unsubsidized employment.

Provides employment and training services to eligible, low-income individuals based on a comprehensive assessment of employment and training needs, as well as a basic skills assessment. Participants are provided services to support goals outlined in their individual opportunity plan, which may include support to obtain a high school diploma, job placement, work experience, and other supportive services such as rent, child care and transportation. Participants are provided with case management to address barriers to self-sufficiency such as health, addiction/substance abuse issues, housing, education, transportation, etc. Participants are typically offered paid Summer employment.

Provides diagnostic evaluations, vocational counseling, job placement/counseling, information and referral.

Provides instruction for people who need to acquire the basic "soft skills" and tools that are required to successfully apply for and secure employment. Offered in partnership with Ohio Means Jobs.

Assists individuals in preparing for, finding, and retaining suitable employment. Offers career/job seeker services including: - Career exploration and advising. - Resume and interview preparation. - Skill identification. Provides individualized services including: - Assessments and adjustments. - Job placement assistance. - Job coaching with placement and retention. - Work experience opportunities. - Youth programs. Offers business/employer services including: - Recruiting. - Applicant screening. - Pre-employment testing.

Offers students academic counseling, career awareness, career counseling, guidance with job search and placement, and assistance with choosing and applying to colleges. Will also provide some general counseling. Intelligence testing by a school psychologist will be provided if needed. Dropout prevention activities provided at the high school.

The Clothes That Work education program includes a series of classes and workshops designed to equip both job seekers and newly employed with the knowledge and skills that lead to personal growth and employment success. Curriculum was created by a team of area professionals who specialize in workforce development and education.

A volunteer self-help group of professionals who aid each other in finding employment thru interviewing, training, resume preparation, active job solicitation, and match-up service. Members must be willing to volunteer at least four hours per week in the Day-Vest office to maintain their active registration. Day-Vest members should have at least two years of college and management or other professional experience to be eligible to join Day-Vest.

Connects international newcomers to various resources in Northeast Ohio. Provides employment readiness. Matches the newcomer with a mentor of the same ethnicity or nationality who can guide them to community resources, as well as assist with English and provide professional networking opportunities. Also provides pre-job guidance, including interview skills and resume assistance.

Assists participants with developing the skills to obtain and maintain work through the following programs: * Work Assessments * Career Exploration * Vocational Habilitation * Pre-ETS * Digital Skills * Community-Based Assessment * Job Coaching * Job Development * Supported Employment * Program accredited by The Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities (CARF) and certified by the Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities to provide vocational habilitation services.

Provides vocational training for persons with barriers to employment (including those with disabilities). Includes pre-employment training, work experience and job placement.
