Participants receive classroom and on-the-job construction training in preparation for pursuing credential and certification opportunities. 10 week free logistics/warehouse job training program. In partnership with Gateway Community and Technical College, participants can earn credit hours and several certificates, including: Certified Logistics Associate (CLA), Certified Logistics Technician (CLT), Forklift Operator Liscense, Servsafe Manager Certificate, and LIFT the Tristate Certificate.

Offers paid on-the-job training positions in construction.

Offers a free 18-week job training program for older adults interested in working in the financial industry. Participants will receive career-related training, employment assistance, and temporary job placements. Participants may also enroll in college courses through the program.

Free 10 week food service job training program. Teaches food safety and sanitation, basic knife skills, classic cooking techniques, commercial kitchen operations and equipment use. Graduates can earn Servsafe Manager Certification.
