Eligibility

Residents of Greater Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky ages 18 and over
250% of the federal poverty level
Pass a drug test
Have a valid driver's license
No acceptance of individuals with SR-22 insurance.
Most felony convictions will not disqualify individuals from participating in program.

New Citylink clients must attend an in-person info session, held on Mondays at 10:00 a.m. and Wednesdays at 1:00 p.m. Call or fill-out online form to register.
