Offers a program in conjunction with the local building and trades council (union) that features career exploration and hands-on labs along with classroom instruction that integrates basic reading and math with technical knowledge and industry-specific terminology. Service includes visits to apprenticeship training, guest speakers and visits with employers. Class prepares those with no experience in construction to join an apprenticeship program in construction.
The A.M.P. Program is a career and work-readiness program that provides job skills, comprehensive case management and work experience to youth and young adults ages 16-24 in Franklin County.
Provides employment preparation support, including assistance with creating resumes, improving interviewing skills, meeting with potential employers, and completing employment applications. Participants may remain involved with an employment specialist for up to a year.

Provides a 5-week summer employment program for youth. Participants receive a paid work experience at different business partner locations and they are accompanied by a job coach who provides on-the-job training. Summer youth employers are typically in the retail or food service industries but other employers may also participate. Participants explore careers and receive soft skills and job readiness training and may take part in job shadowing visits. The program also provides pre-employment services that help them identify and achieve their employment goals.
