JOB READINESS SERVICES | STEP FORWARD
Helps clients develop the personal and social skills necessary for their success in acquiring work and performing on the job. Students who complete Job Readiness may progress to Job Placement. Group and individual sessions include how to look for a job, how to complete a job application, skills for the job interview, dressing for employment, conflict in the workplace, employer expectations and employee rights, work ethics, and job retention.

Application process
Call M-F: 8:00am-5:00pm and ask for a Family Development Specialist, who will handle intake and assessment. Assessment will help determine individual strengths and needs. Clients must wear masks, and will have their temperature taken upon arrival.

Must be County residents, age 18 or older, and have family income up to 125% of poverty level.
