- Safe sleep education, breast feeding support, car seat safety, and the Cribs for Kids program are also implemented in clients' homes. The goal of the program is to reduce infant deaths and low birth weights through outreach and health education.
- Incentives for pregnant women/mothers include infant carriers for completion of prenatal appointments, gift cards for completing postpartum checkups, and educational/developmental toys for completing well baby appointments. Other incentives include bus passes and books.
