Offers emergency financial assistance for food and vision care (for dependents) to active duty service member with rank of rank E1-E6 with DEERS-eligible dependents. Note: Does NOT provide financial assistance for credit card debt or personal loans and does NOT assist with down payments for vehicles or homes.
