Eligibility
Serves adults and children who meet the following minimum criteria:
- Must be at or below 200% of the current Federal Poverty Guidelines.
- Must not be enrolled in Medicare, Medicaid, EyeMed, or other insurance that carries a vision benefits.
- Have not used the program in the last 12-24 months.

Provides comprehensive vision care to uninsured and underinsured individuals of all ages in Ohio. Services offered include vision care education, free eye examinations and free eyeglasses, and financial resources for ophthalmological care. Must meet the qualification process. Note: Program assists with eyeglasses but not with contact lenses.

Services include public information, research, and early detection. Regional office serves Summit, Lorain, Cuyahoga, Geauga, Lake, and Medina counties.
