For people who don't have dental insurance, Comfort Dental offers their own dental plans - Gold , Silver and Diamond Plans offer more discounts on services. Comfort Dental's membership plans are not insurance but rather a reduced fee plan. On Care Day, all services are free to anyone, with all patients served on a first-come-first-served basis. Services include anything from simple cleanings to extractions, with more serious problems evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

Provides primary care, dentistry, and behavioral health services. Accepts all major public and private insurance, and offers a sliding scale fee for those without insurance. In addition to primary care, specialty services include: HIV/AIDS Specialty Care, Trans Health, LGBTQ Relevant Care, PrEP/PEP Treatment, Women’s Health, HIV/STI Testing, Hep C Testing. The Behavioral Health team offers Psychiatry and Individual Psychotherapy. Dentistry services include emergency dental care; preventative care (exams, x-rays, cleanings, oral cancer screening, oral hygiene instruction & education); and restorative care (fillings, crowns, dentures, partials, simple extractions, simple root canals.

HelpLink 211 Dayton

Provides medical case management and help with HIV related medical, dental, and mental health visits and payments. The OHDAP (Ohio HIV Drug Assistance program) is also coordinated through our agency. This program provides financial aid for HIV related medications and some medical insurance premium payments and co-pays.

Accepted reasons for financial assistance include mortgage assistance, rent assistance, home repairs, utility assistance, auto payments, travel and transportation, moving assistance, essential home items (appliances such as washer, dryer, refrigerator, and stove), medical expense assistance, emergency dental assistance, critical baby items, and other financial assistance. Offers emergency financial assistance for food and vision care (for dependents) to active duty service member with rank of rank E1-E6 with DEERS-eligible dependents. Note: Does NOT provide financial assistance for credit card debt or personal loans and does NOT assist with down payments for vehicles or homes.
