On Care Day, all services are free to anyone. Patients are helped on a first-come, first-served basis receiving a variety of basic dental care from cleanings to extractions. More serious dental problems are handled on a case-by-base basis and at the discretion of the individual dentist. On December 23, all our locations will offer FREE dental care to those needing care in their community from 7:30 a.m. to 12:00 noon.
Provides medical case management and help with HIV related medical, dental, and mental health visits and payments. The OHDAP (Ohio HIV Drug Assistance program) is also coordinated through our agency. This program provides financial aid for HIV related medications and some medical insurance premium payments and co-pays.

Refresh Dental's Smile with a Heart program offers one day each year of free oral health care to uninsured children at no cost. Services include: - Cleanings - Exam and X-rays - Sealants - Basic restorative dentistry - Additional treatment as needed (with parent/guardian consent).

Provides financial assistance to low-income active United States military personnel (all branches of service) currently deployed overseas and to low-income post 9/11 Veterans with a wound, illness or injury received in the line of duty (LOD). Accepted reasons for financial assistance include mortgage assistance, rent assistance, home repairs, utility assistance, auto repairs, auto payments, travel and transportation, moving assistance, essential home items (mattresses and box springs and appliances such as washer, dryer, refrigerator, and stove), medical expense assistance, emergency dental assistance, critical baby items, and other financial assistance. Offers emergency financial assistance for critical baby items, food, and vision care to active duty service member with rank of rank E1-E6 with DEERS-eligible dependents. Note: Does NOT provide financial assistance for credit card debt or personal loans and does NOT assist with down payments for vehicles or homes.

In addition to primary care, specialty services include: HIV/AIDS Specialty Care, Trans Health, LGBTQ Relevant Care, PrEP/PEP Treatment, Women’s Health, HIV/STI Testing, Hep C Testing. The Behavioral Health team offers Psychiatry and Individual Psychotherapy. Dentistry services include emergency dental care; preventative care (exams, x-rays, cleanings, oral cancer screening, oral hygiene instruction & education); and restorative care (fillings, crowns, dentures, partials, simple extractions, simple root canals.
