Work with Individuals with disabilities to train and develop personal strengths, master living skills, overcome barriers, and utilize technologies and resources allowing them to continue living independently and productively within their home and community. The agency strives to train in the areas of assistive technologies, and work with suppliers to advocate for and represent our consumers. We also do a minimal amount of direct services.

Give Medical Ministry collects and loans medical equipment and supplies, such as daily living aids to assist individuals with physical disabilities to perform daily needs safely, such as and other personal care tasks, housekeeping, and cooking.

Provides assistive equipment for 90 day loan period. Equipment may include wheelchairs, hospital beds, walkers and bathroom needs. Gifting of durable medical equipment may be available for long term needs.

Provides the following services: 82 bed skilled care facility for persons requiring assistance with daily living activities and professional nursing services.

Provides several types of mobility and safety equipment. Items available through this program include walkers, wheelchairs (standard), bath benches, grab bars, elevated toilet seats, commodes, daily living aids, and cooling equipment (a cooling apparatus such as a vest, collar or wristband) to provide temporary cooling relief.

Loans walkers with wheels, wheelchairs, scooter, bathroom chairs and shower seats to persons in need. Must be a resident of Preble County. There is no cost, but agency asks that item(s) be returned when finished using them.

Accepts donations of walkers with wheels, wheelchairs, scooters, bathroom seats, incontinence products, and shower chairs.

Provides an assistive equipment placement program for individuals with spinal cord injuries. Equipment, such as wheelchairs and medical supplies, is delivered to the member's home, based on the types of donations that are available.

Provides adaptive equipment to aid in mobility and daily tasks; provides custom-designed artificial limbs to those who need them. Provides durable medical equipment (hospital beds, lifts, etc.). Provides home modifications to make the home more accessible such as: ramp installation, lowered counters, widened doors, and accessible bathroom features.
