Services may include: - Attic, wall, and basement insulation. - Blower-door-guided air leakage reduction. - Heating system repair or replacement. - Hot water tank repair or replacement. - Light bulbs may be replaced if they are incandescent. - Testing and possible replacement of refrigerators and freezers. - Health and safety testing and inspections. NOTE: Program participants are required to let all contractors and inspectors in to complete all work that they deem appropriate. If all of the work is not completed, participants will be billed for the work that is completed.
