Serves homeowners and renters of Carroll, Harrison, and Tuscarawas counties with household income at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level.

Description

Provides an energy assistance program to help households use less energy while increasing the comfort of their homes. A home inspection is completed to determine the most cost-effective weatherization service for each home and provides a personalized energy management plan. Services may include safety inspections; tune up/repair of heating unit; insulation of attics, sidewalls, floors, and hot water tanks; low flow shower head and faucet aerators; pipe wrap; reduction of air leakage from major sources; replacement of inefficient refrigerators and freezers.
