Services include guardianships, conservatorships, trusteeships, and protectorships. Guardianships are for persons declared incompetent by the court and are unable to manage their affairs/estates. Trusteeships provide management of income and assets for those who cannot manage their funds independently. Protectorships provide advocacy for the individual. Conservatorships are for competent adults with a physical disability. Will help investigate the need for services for those who feel they may be eligible. Provides information and guidance about estate planning, makes referrals, and advocates on client's behalf. Maintains an on-call system for timely responses to emergency medical situations by providing informed consent.

Provides a professional, long-term care assessment consultant (a nurse or social worker) who will meet with families to evaluate the current situation and future options. Service includes explaining what is available, discussing eligibility requirements, and financial resources required, and determining needs and wishes of clients. Family and consumer are given a community care plan for their use.
Provides advocacy and support for people with developmental disabilities and their families. Assists parents with development, implementation, and monitoring of a formal Individual Education Plan (IEP) for their child(ren) and assists adults with the development, monitoring, and implementation of a formal Individual Service Plan (ISP). Offers information on developmental disabilities to the general public, and assists families in accessing appropriate services.
