Administers estates and trusts; processes adoptions (937-224-8498), name changes, birth certificate corrections, and registration of delayed birth; issues marriage licenses and keeps marriage records (937-225-4657); appoints guardianship of minors for incompetents, commitments of mentally ill and retarded persons(937-225-4617), and approves wrongful death actions.

Helps seniors and their family members begin to plan earlier for the potential long-term care needs of loved ones while there is still sufficient time to take a calm and informed look at the situation and all of the options and resources available.
