This program offers a designed to interrupt theft behavior by providing an intervention program designed of three elements: the Theft intervention Classes, an assessment to determine the root cause of the behavior and counseling to address the issues identified. A report is sent to the court within 3-5 days of the completion of each segment.

Community based correctional facility for individual transitioning from prison, or as a diversion from going to prison. Also offer day reporting and house arrest as alternative sentencing.

Provides an opportunity for the offender to give back to the community, learn new skills, meet new people, and learn teamwork by working for agencies throughout Richland County. The offender's charges, skills, geographic location and work schedule are taken into consideration when he/she meets with the Social Service Liaison to be placed at a non-profit or government agency for community work service. Offenders are required to follow specific rules and regulations outlined in the assignment packet. The Social Service Liaison, along with the offender's supervision officer, will monitor an offender's compliance through regular contact with the placement agency. These contacts will include face-to-face visits with the offender at the work site.

Intensive Supervision is a jail diversion program for high-risk offenders. Kiosk Reporting is a probation reporting option for eligible low-risk offenders. License Intervention Program educates and informs citizens how to get a valid Ohio Licenses or restore driving privileges. Restitution program works with offender who are court-ordered to pay restitution to a victim through Probation Department.

Offers a program designed to educate, screen, and intervene in the use and behavior patterns that create DUI opportunities.

Provides community work to seniors who are unable to do yard work. Work provided through the formal supervision of individuals who are first time non-violent offenders given a suspended sentence which may include a reduced term in county jail and fines.
