ALTERNATIVE SENTENCING AND PROBATION | CUYAHOGA COUNTY COMMON PLEAS COURT - JUVENILE DIVISION

Provides probation for youth who are found to be delinquent but are not placed in a residential facility. Offers probationers case management and referrals to needed supportive services such as drug treatment and mental health services. Makes investigations in order to prepare dispositional reports. In some cases, may arrange for community service when mandated by the court; in cases where the community service is not arranged, will provide information on how to fullfill those requirements.
