Provides opportunity for those getting public benefits to have agency receive and deposit benefits and/or income in an account, to pay bills, and to provide balance of funds for individual's use. Services may include monitoring client accounts, filing required reports to federal agencies, and assisting with personal finance budgeting.

Provides payee services including monitoring bank accounts, paying bills, and dispensing funds on behalf of individuals with serious and persistent mental illness and/or substance use disorder who are unable to manage their financial affairs.

Payee services are available for individuals with severe and chronic mental illness, substance use disorders, and/or developmentally disabled who receive social security funds. Services may include monitoring bank account with deposits/ payments, paying bills in a timely manner, and dispensing spending money in a regular and planned manner.

Manages income on behalf of persons with mental or physical disabilities.

Provides stability assistance for individuals with cognitive impairments who experience difficulties obtaining and maintaining employment. Assists with budgeting, banking, advocacy, obtaining a case manager if needed, and crisis intervention.

This program provides individualized financial management to seniors and people with disabilities who are unable to manage their financial affairs. Through this program, CSS helps protect people who are often financially exploited by helping them understand and meet their financial obligations. We use clients’ income to pay their bills for them so their basic needs are covered, then give them the money left over to use at their discretion. Assists seniors and disabled individuals who are having difficulty managing their own finances by providing assistance with budgeting, bill payment, managing financial assets, and preparing for long-term needs. These services help seniors and disabled individuals maintain their independence and provide protection from financial exploitation.

Provides individualized financial management to those who are unable to manage their own financial affairs due to a disability or for those who just need help in effectively handling their fiscal matters. Payee Services assists clients to better understand and meet their financial obligations and helps each individual establish a budget to manage monthly expenses. As the named payee for the person’s income, Payee Services accounts for all income and pays monthly bills on time on behalf of the client. Our services help people avoid getting behind or building debt that can not be resolved.

Services provided may include assistance with health care and financial decisions, transportation to and from appointments and assistance with nursing home placement.

Provides financial management for individuals who are receiving Social Security Disability Income (SSDI) or Supplemental Security Income (SSI). Representative payees are designated by the Social Security Administration (SSA) to receive benefit payments and act on behalf of SSDI or SSI beneficiaries to pay for the current and future needs of the beneficiary.
