Eligibility

Serves residents of Stark and surrounding counties meeting the following criteria: - A minor child receiving Social Security benefits needing a representative payee. - Individuals who have mental health, substance abuse, developmental disabilities or other physical health issues that impact the inability to manage their finances. - Recipients who were able to manage their financials in the past but become unable to do so due to illness or injury. - Anyone who would like help managing their Social Security benefits.

In person: - Monday and Wednesday: 9:00am to Noon. Phone hours: - Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 10:00am- 2:00pm. - Call for holiday closures.
