Customers who pay their monthly PIPP Plus payment on time (payment received before next bill is issued) and in full will receive two credits: one forgiving the rest of that monthly bill (incentive credit) and the second forgiving 1/24th of any balance they owed prior to enrolling in PIPP (arrearage credit). If the client makes full, on-time payments for 24 straight months, all of the arrearages will be eliminated. Service includes a PIPP program success booklet, help with understanding PIPP and Graduate PIPP, and education about reverification. Staff is on site to educate. PIPP is transitioning to OH|ID this calendar year - will also be helping clients needing assistance with that transition.

Assists individuals who voluntarily choose to be removed from the PIPP Plus program. Note: once removed, individual will owe any back balance (arrearages). If there are arrearages one may want to consider enrolling in Graduate PIPP Plus or consider another payment plan through the utility company.

Referring agency for PIPP-Plus. Assists with applications for PIPP-Plus which may reduce monthly utility payments with both AEP and Pike National Gas.
