Provides meals and basic needs for all of our residents and begins providing custom services the minute they walk through our door. Each resident is given a uniquely tailored Action Plan, outlining individualized, agreed-upon goals which they are held accountable for accomplishing. Programming includes: - case management - navigation/referral services - life skills training - budgeting classes - cooking classes - Celebrate Recovery (a faith-based recovery program).
Offers bagged meals and hot to-go meals to the community.

MMH offers overnight and short-term emergency shelter for area residents.
Assists runaway and homeless youth in Southeastern Ohio through a network of emergency shelters and short- and long-term housing programs. Each young person entering housing receives help with immediate needs followed by case management to help them move from volatile, unsafe living environments to more stable housing. There are no housing facilities in Fairfield Co. at this time but youth from the county are considered for the program.

Provides shelter and supportive services for homeless families including dual parent households with children and single parent families. Provides case management, permanent housing searches and employment services. Families stay in individual apartment units at the Glendora House in West Akron. Participants are expected to work, look for employment, search for permanent housing, or spend time at the Family Center working toward employment or permanent housing.
Immediate, safe shelter for victims of domestic violence.
Offers 24-hour crisis intervention services for teens. Provides a 24-hour crisis shelter and crisis hotline. Offers counseling services for youth who have run away from home, or are thinking of running. Counselors work with teens and their families to provide crisis intervention and to develop communication and understanding. Average length of stay is 5-7 days with a plan of reconciliation in place.

Provides an overnight Homeless Shelter for individuals in need.
Provides a supervised living environment to severely mentally ill people who need supervision and support so that they can gain greater independence. Staff monitors self-administration of medications, supervises meal preparation, and helps residents develop proper personal care and hygiene. Provides training to enhance and further daily living skills development. The Transitional Living Center (TLC) can also provide short term crisis bed services to individuals who need diversion or transition from a psychiatric hospital setting (9 beds). In some cases, the crisis bed has been used to provide temporary shelter to a person with a mental illness who is also homeless. If beds are not available, agency will work with the client to develop a plan to secure housing and will refer to community services as needed (follow-up and help with paperwork are also provided).

Provides temporary emergency shelter for adults and families who have been impacted by domestic violence, sexual assault, human trafficking, or who have no safe housing options or living a place not meant for habitation.
Provides a temporary place to stay for women and children who have no permanent housing. Harvest Home can accommodate up to 59 women and children. The length of stay is generally from 3 to 6 months. Supportive and rehabilitation services include meals, snacks, case management, individual counseling, career development program, an after school program for the school-age children, evening devotions, classes for adults, tutoring for children, Bible study/individual discipleship, limited childcare, summer programs/field trips and student nurses to answer basic medical questions. Offers Future Story, a Social Enterprise and Job Training program to empower women by teaching them skills in sewing, design, and gardening, and to assist participants with launching a micro-business.
Temporary housing for victims of domestic violence or sexual assault in a safe and secure environment. Assists in locating available housing and other forms of assistance in our area. An outside pet shelter is available for small pets. These services are free.

Provides short-term, temporary shelter to adults who are experiencing homelessness in Butler County. While in shelter, guests have access to showers, laundry, meals, and other supportive services. Guests may remain in shelter up to 45 days depending upon need and shelter capacity. Longer-term transitional group housing and independent housing may be available for individuals who need additional assistance beyond their stay in the short-term shelter.
