Provide housing to individuals experiencing the disabling effects of a serious mental or psychological problem. Offers HUD subsidized, 18 one-bedroom apartments located on Warren's west side. On site staff is available at least four hours per day. Administrative staff ensures operational, clinical, and administrative compliance with HUD regulations.
