Youth must be between 10 and 17 y/o
Youth AND guardian must consent.
They do not have to live in Washtenaw County
Goal must be family reunification
Not appropriate for those who are actively abusing substances, have a history of violent behavior, are suicidal, or are in foster care/ have an open CPS case
