Serves as a local service provider for Home Weatherization Assistance Program (HWAP), a federally funded low-income residential energy efficiency program to reduce low-income households' energy use. Offers individualized client education. Services may include: - Attic, wall, and basement insulation. - Blower-door-guided air leakage reduction. - Heating system repair or replacement. - Hot water tank repair or replacement. - Light bulbs may be replaced if they are incandescent. - Testing and possible replacement of refrigerators and freezers. - Health and safety testing and inspections. NOTE: Program participants are required to let all contractors and inspectors in to complete all work that they deem appropriate. If all of the work is not completed, participants will be billed for the work that is completed.

Provides meals and basic needs for all of our residents and begins providing custom services the minute they walk through our door. Each resident is given a uniquely tailored Action Plan, outlining individualized, agreed-upon goals which they are held accountable for accomplishing. Programming includes: - case management - navigation/referral services - life skills training - budgeting classes - cooking classes - Celebrate Recovery (a faith-based recovery program).

Provides transportation services for seniors to doctor appointments, stores and restaurants monthly.
Provides first month's rent and security deposit to help veterans establish permanent housing. Will also help with rent to help veterans stay in their current housing. Clients are provided with benefits assistance, landlord/tenant assistance, and case management to ensure that they are connected to available community resources and VA benefits. Clients do not have to stay in the county they reside in (may move from county to county).

Provides planned transportation, offering curb-to-curb service with driver assistance, if necessary. Provides transportation for all needs such as medical, social, shopping, bank service, veterinary, etc. Limited out-of-county trips are possible with advanced notification and at a fully allocated cost. Passengers with disabilities are permitted to have service animals accompany them and must notify the office if there is a service animal. Passengers are required to notify the office if they will be using an oxygen tank during their trip.
