MAY NOT BE USED FOR: entertainment furniture (such as a TV or a radio), mortgage payments. YEARLY CASH LIMITS: $1,500 total during the calendar year (may be $750 for certain non-custodial parents).

Provides the SCRAP Trailer to elementary schools in Mansfield, Shelby and Madison to give these schools and communities the opportunity to recycle. Visits each elementary school once a month, giving students, parents and neighbors the chance to recycle newspaper, #1 and #2 plastic, aluminum and bi-metal cans, and corrugated cardboard. Money raised from the sale of recyclables is returned to the school.

Provides a safe place for youth who are in crisis, such as those who have runaway or are being threatened in any way (including human trafficking). Agencies that operate as Safe Places display the yellow Safe Place sign. A qualified Safe Place volunteer or agency staff member will arrive to talk with the youth and, if necessary, provide transportation to a qualified safe space location. Youth will not be forced to stay at a shelter, but their parents will be contacted.
