Placement can occur within one of four shelter care sites located within Franklin County. NYAP's shelter homes provide a structured setting with 24-hour supervision. Case management services are available through Treatment Coordinators who assist with referrals and linkages to meet the individual needs of referred youth. Referrals are made through the Service Reception Department and require similar referral information as indicated for foster home placement.
