Provide education for grades K-8 through a school owned and/or administered by Cleveland Metropolitan School District.

Responsible for enforcing all laws and ordinances; preventing crime; investigating criminal activity; apprehending, arresting and detaining suspects; presenting evidence; regulating traffic; investigating traffic accidents and engaging in other activities that protect lives and property and preserve peace in the community.

• Provides employment case management for six (6) months to eligible individuals.

Supportive Service provided once enrolled may include:

• Savings match for purchase of a vehicle (match amount up to $3,800).
• Car repairs (up to $1,000).
• Car payments toward a vehicle loan ($500 max per payment, limited to two payments).
• Driver's license reinstatement fees (up to $500).

Provides door-to-door bus rides to and/or from Final Fridays at the Brickyard.

Accepts donations of clothing, household items, linens, functioning small appliances and electronic devices, and toys. Donated items are re-sold through the agency's thrift stores. Donation pick-up may be available on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Individuals 60 and over may qualify for meal assistance and nutrition supplements (ex: Ensure). Choice of delivery schedule is available: daily weekday delivery of a hot meal, once a week delivery of frozen meals, or a combination of the two. Evening and weekend meals may also be available. *In bad weather cancellations of the food delivery will be announced on 90.9 WLOH radio and channel 10 TV. During these times clients should use their shelf stable meals which were delivered with instructions to hold meals for emergency use.

Provides Emergency Shelter Care Services for male youth between the ages of 11 and 18 who are under the custody or supervision of Franklin County Children Services. Placement can occur within one of four shelter care sites located within Franklin County. NYAP's shelter homes provide a structured setting with 24-hour supervision. Case management services are available through Treatment Coordinators who assist with referrals and linkages to meet the individual needs of referred youth. Referrals are made through the Service Reception Department and require similar referral information as indicated for foster home placement.

Provides Hospice and Palliative care. Hopsice Care provides pain and symptom management to relieve end-of-life-suffering. Palliative care is specialized medical care for people dealing with a long term, serious illness.

Accepts online voter registration applications.

Accepts applications for zero-interest, deferred, forgivable loans up to $10,000 to assist with down payment and closing costs for an owner-occupied home in the cities of Bellevue, Covington, Dayton, Erlanger, Florence, Independence, Ludlow, or Newport.

Adult Education programs offered include LPN to RN; PN (LPN Training Program); Patient Care Technician; Pathway to BSN; Welding, Fabrication & Allied Processes; RAMTEC; Industrial Maintenance; Public Safety Services and Workforce Development.

Provides 12-step support meetings for compulsive gamblers and those with other compulsive behaviors (such as shoplifting, and over spending, etc.). Meetings may vary by demand. Gamblers Anonymous is a fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength and hope with each other that they may solve their common problem and help others to recover from a gambling problem.

Recovery Housing is an aimed solution for accessing necessary treatment and overcoming critical barriers such as homelessness or poverty. The Recovery Housing offers recovery planning, safe structures substance free environment, regular house meetings, access to peers, and access to community resources and recovery support services.

Provides primary and preventative health care including pediatric and adult medicine, physical examinations, asthma/allergy, treatment of sexually transmitted diseases, school and sports physicals, assistance completing applications and referrals to specialists. Services may vary per location. NOTE: Assistance with transportation to appointment may be available. Call for details.

Provides a vending machine that contains Naloxone Hydrochloride (Narcan) medication to individuals at risk of opioid/opiate overdose and to their friends and family in an effort to reduce fatal overdoses. The kit contains naloxone, a prescribed nasal inhalant that reverses an opioid overdose. Opiates can include fentanyl, heroin, methadone, percocet, vicodin, and oxycontin.

Collects, researches, and preserves items and locations pertaining to Ashland County local history. Main campus consists of three houses: the Manor House, the Noonan House, and the Carriage House. The Freer Home at 1260 Center Street is also part of the Historical Society, but visitors should visit the main campus first.

Provides emergency overnight shelter to eligible individuals. Also serves as a homeless shelter as part of Cuyahoga County's Coordinated Intake program for individuals with specific barriers that may keep them from establishing and keeping stable housing. Capacity of shelter is 219 beds and 56 mats.

Administers the government of Williamstown. Passes ordinances, levies taxes, and appropriates funds. Consists of elected officials, including the mayor, who serves as the chief executive of the City, and the commission.

Offers recreational after school activities for Medina County students in grades 3 to 5 at select schools.

Provides a resale shop open to the community. Available items may include jewelry, kitchenware, china, glass, silverware, paintings, books, and clothing.

Provides a centralized office where students new to the school district are registered to attend school.
