Provides emergency financial assistance to transgender and non-binary individuals in need of essential supporting services, including assistance with hormone replacement therapy care, transportation for medical appointments or work, and utility/phone bills. All applicants will undergo a review process to determine the severity of their need.

If gender-affirming hormone treatment is part of your care plan, staff can help you coordinate your treatment with any other medications you are taking. Staff can also teach you how to give yourself injections and answer any other questions you may have.

Service includes factual information about LGBT issues, safer-sex info, local resources for cities and towns across the country and peer-support for people going through a difficult time. All peer support volunteers identify as LGBTQIA+.

Provides opportunities for older LGBT individuals, including fitness, meals, and social activities. Meal is provided.

Provides online resources for members of the LGBTQ and Transgender communities.

Provides a resource center for LGBTQIA individuals. Provides HIV/STD testing, case management, housing referrals for individuals facing housing insecurity, group mental health counseling, job readiness training, safety training, monthly dinners, and a food pantry. Also provides access to a shower and personal care items; access to a washer and dryer; and a free clothing bank designed for individuals who identify as trans and who have a hard time finding gender-affirming clothing in the proper size.

Provides affirming underwear for transgender youth.

Provides culturally competent health care to the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender (LGBT) community. Provides services such as: general physical exams, gynecological services, breast exams, pap smears, and a wide range of birth control options. Testing and treatment for sexually transmitted diseases is also offered. Doctor is on site to write prescriptions for contraception. Also provides: Sexually Transmitted Infections/Disease (STI, STD) testing and treatment, and birth control including IUDs and implants. Can test for and treat: chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis, herpes, trichomoniasis, bacterial vaginosis, pubic lice, crabs, HPV, and yeast infections. Provides testing for HIV.

Provides emergency housing, meals, laundry facilities, and supportive services. Other services for residents include children's programming, onsite health assessments, transportation, case management and crisis counseling, assessment, and referrals.

Provides those who identify as transgender men with hormone replacement supplies, basic safe sex supplies, and hygiene items.

Collects listings of physicians, lawyers, counselors, treatment/recovery programs, health care providers, social services, and other services agencies that are familiar with issues regarding the LGBT lesbian/gay/bisexual/transgender community. Listings include businesses and social opportunities. Makes listings available to those who contact the agency.

Provides an evening of dinner, gaming and community. Activities include board games, puzzles, shooting pool, and opportunities to meet other LGBTQ+ families and allies in a safe, affirming space. All families with youth ages 0 - 19 are welcome.

Provides an intensive substance abuse treatment program for eligible individuals. Program includes work with the counseling team in group and one on one therapy sessions. Includes consistent attendance is required for six hours (one hour/week for six weeks)of psychotherapy courses in self-acceptance, rejection, coming out issues, internalized homophobia and other topics. Participants must attend seven 12-step meetings per week.

Provides a sober living facility for recovery from addiction. Program involves intensive group work while living with others who are experiencing addiction and attendance at AA meetings within the community, participation in group, family, and couples counseling is expected. Capacity is 20.Food and toiletries are provided.

Provides intensive outpatient substance use disorder treatment to men and women who are addicted to, or abuse, alcohol and/or other drugs. Program includes individual and group counseling, case management and family education. Offers a dedicated IOP for LGBTQ+ and Allies recovering from substance use disorders.
