Provides culturally competent health care to the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender (LGBT) community. Provides services such as: general physical exams, gynecological services, breast exams, pap smears, and a wide range of birth control options. Testing and treatment for sexually transmitted diseases is also offered. Doctor is on site to write prescriptions for contraception. Also provides: Sexually Transmitted Infections/Disease (STI, STD) testing and treatment, and birth control including IUDs and implants. Can test for and treat: chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis, herpes, trichomoniasis, bacterial vaginosis, pubic lice, crabs, HPV, and yeast infections. Provides testing for HIV.

Collects listings of physicians, lawyers, counselors, treatment/recovery programs, health care providers, social services, and other services agencies that are familiar with issues regarding the LGBT lesbian/gay/bisexual/transgender community. Listings include businesses and social opportunities. Makes listings available to those who contact the agency.

Offers recommended over-the-counter medical supplies for individuals after female-to-male gender confirmation top surgery.

Provides a support group for transgender individuals to meet and to discuss common concerns, to socialize in some groups, and to share ideas.

Provides an evening of dinner, gaming and community. Activities include board games, puzzles, shooting pool, and opportunities to meet other LGBTQ+ families and allies in a safe, affirming space. All families with youth ages 0 - 19 are welcome.

Provides intensive outpatient substance use disorder treatment to men and women who are addicted to, or abuse, alcohol and/or other drugs. Program includes individual and group counseling, case management and family education. Offers a dedicated IOP for LGBTQ+ and Allies recovering from substance use disorders.

Provides those who identify as transgender men with hormone replacement supplies, basic safe sex supplies, and hygiene items.

Program involves intensive group work while living with others who are experiencing addiction and attendance at AA meetings within the community, participation in group, family, and couples counseling is expected. Capacity is 20.Food and toiletries are provided.

Provides a resource center for LGBTQIA individuals. Provides HIV/STD testing, case management, housing referrals for individuals facing housing insecurity, group mental health counseling, job readiness training, safety training, monthly dinners, and a food pantry. Also provides access to a shower and personal care items; access to a washer and dryer; and a free clothing bank designed for individuals who identify as trans and who have a hard time finding gender-affirming clothing in the proper size.

Provides hair clippers to individuals who identify as transgender and may experience dysphoria or are uncomfortable receiving a haircut in a traditional barbershop.

Provides a series of social events for same-gender loving, queer/questioning, lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender youth. Events include socialization such as dance parties, movie nights, socials/lounge nights, guest speakers, poets and performers. Offers cooking, poetry, and dance classes, tutoring, and the opportunity to hang-out.

Provides emergency financial assistance to transgender and non-binary individuals in need of essential supporting services, including assistance with hormone replacement therapy care, transportation for medical appointments or work, and utility/phone bills. All applicants will undergo a review process to determine the severity of their need.

Provides support for those with questions about sexual orientation and/or gender identity. Service includes factual information about LGBT issues, safer-sex info, local resources for cities and towns across the country and peer-support for people going through a difficult time. All peer support volunteers identify as LGBTQIA+.

Provides an intensive substance abuse treatment program for eligible individuals. Program includes work with the counseling team in group and one on one therapy sessions. Includes consistent attendance is required for six hours (one hour/week for six weeks)of psychotherapy courses in self-acceptance, rejection, coming out issues, internalized homophobia and other topics. Participants must attend seven 12-step meetings per week.

Our medical services are comprehensive and include everything from primary care, HIV specialty care, gender affirming care, gynecology, and more.

Offers medical service, including: - Primary care. - HIV prevention medication (PrEP/PEP). - Gender affirming care. - Trans health. - HIV/AIDS specialty care. If gender-affirming hormone treatment is part of your care plan, staff can help you coordinate your treatment with any other medications you are taking. Staff can also teach you how to give yourself injections and answer any other questions you may have.

Social club that offers regular programming to encourage identity exploration, build relationships, and draw people closer to our program’s wellness goals. On a given week you might find us hosting: - Movie night - Found art bonanza - Drag bingo - Trans mentoring workshops - Vogue Knights - Black to Our Roots or just making grilled cheese.
