Provides a sober living facility for recovery from addiction. Program involves intensive group work while living with others who are experiencing addiction and attendance at AA meetings within the community, participation in group, family, and couples counseling is expected. Capacity is 20. Food and toiletries are provided.

Provides culturally competent health care to the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender (LGBT) community. Provides services such as: general physical exams, gynecological services, breast exams, pap smears, and a wide range of birth control options. Testing and treatment for sexually transmitted diseases is also offered. Doctor is on site to write prescriptions for contraception. Also provides: Sexually Transmitted Infections/Disease (STI, STD) testing and treatment, and birth control including IUDs and implants. Can test for and treat: chlamydia, gonorrhea, syphilis, herpes, trichomoniasis, bacterial vaginosis, pubic lice, crabs, HPV, and yeast infections. Provides testing for HIV.

Provides a series of social events for same-gender loving, queer/questioning, lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender youth. Events include socialization such as dance parties, movie nights, socials/lounge nights, guest speakers, poets and performers. Offers cooking, poetry, and dance classes, tutoring, and the opportunity to hang-out.

Provides a drop-in program for LGBTQ+ youth and their allies. The program focuses on emotional, social, and mental wellness skills, including judgment-free skill-building, personal connection and coaching, self-care practices, and the opportunity to develop peer relationships in a safe and validating environment. Some of the available services and activities include snacks, games, books, and creating art.

Provides an intensive substance abuse treatment program for eligible individuals. Program includes work with the counseling team in group and one on one therapy sessions. Includes consistent attendance is required for six hours (one hour/week for six weeks)of psychotherapy courses in self-acceptance, rejection, coming out issues, internalized homophobia and other topics. Participants must attend seven 12-step meetings per week.

Provides intensive outpatient substance use disorder treatment to men and women who are addicted to, or abuse, alcohol and/or other drugs. Program includes individual and group counseling, case management and family education. Offers a dedicated IOP for LGBTQ+ and Allies recovering from substance use disorders.

Provides a support group for transgender individuals to meet and to discuss common concerns, to socialize in some groups, and to share ideas.

Primary care and transition management including hormones for transgender individuals.

Provides an evening of dinner, gaming and community. Activities include board games, puzzles, shooting pool, and opportunities to meet other LGBTQ+ families and allies in a safe, affirming space. All families with youth ages 0 - 19 are welcome.

Collects listings of physicians, lawyers, counselors, treatment/recovery programs, health care providers, social services, and other services agencies that are familiar with issues regarding the LGBT lesbian/gay/bisexual/transgender community. Listings include businesses and social opportunities. Makes listings available to those who contact the agency.

Provides support for those with questions about sexual orientation and/or gender identity. Service includes factual information about LGBT issues, safer-sex info, local resources for cities and towns across the country and peer-support for people going through a difficult time. All peer support volunteers identify as LGBTQIA+.
