Intensive Outpatient Program- Lgbtq | B. Riley Sober Home

Provides an intensive substance abuse treatment program for eligible individuals. Program includes work with the counseling team in group and one on one therapy sessions. Includes consistent attendance is required for six hours (one hour/week for six weeks)of psychotherapy courses in self-acceptance, rejection, coming out issues, internalized homophobia and other topics. Participants must attend seven 12-step meetings per week.

Eligibility

Ages 18 and over who are lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender or have experiences with human trafficking who struggle with addiction to substances. Participants may maintain prescribed medications that are non-opiate and non-amphetamine during treatment, but no psychoactive chemical substances are allowed.
