Provides individualized expertise, information and guidance on searching for information or reunion regarding biological relatives. Includes assistance getting birth certificates for those who have been adopted, interpreting DNA results from sites such as Ancestry or 23&me.

Awards funding between $1,500 and $6,000 per academic year to eligible students who have been accepted or who expect to be accepted into a Pell grant-eligible institution.

Provides up to $5,000/school year for qualified school-related expenses for eligible students. In addition to funds, may include mentoring and other services designed to support student success in education.

Offers an adoption registry to provide a way for people adopted in the state and their biological families to find one another. Biological parents and siblings may file their contact information with the registry. Release or request for information may be withdrawn at any time.

Provides a safe and supportive environment to help with the life issues that are often part of the adoption experience in order to develop a full understanding of the range of issues involved regarding adoption.
