Provides a comprehensive program which, for eligible families, provides case management for pregnant women, infant care, and parenting education. The children are in a group care setting with a low caregiver to child ratio, where they are stimulated by a developmentally appropriate curriculum. They also are directed to needed immunization services and health care. All children are given a developmental screening and referred to supportive services based on the results.

Coordinates with other agencies in the community to ensure at-risk-families are receiving as many forms of assistance as possible, such as social, medical, and educational services. Community Care Coordinators meet clients in their own homes to assess the family's needs and to establish a care management plan. Targets pregnant women to support throughout their pregnancy to help reduce and eliminate Ohio's Infant Mortality Rate. Offers diapers and wipes to families at all visits by the coordinators.

Provides peer recovery support in a trusted relationship while identifying goals to create a more meaningful life. A peer has a similar lived experience and specialized training that models recovery while providing hope to clients with substance use and/ or mental health disorder diagnoses. They provide recovery support, link to community resources, connect to the recovery community, and establish relapse prevention plans. Services may be provided in the home, office, or virtually.

Also offers speakers who discuss the program and the value of good nutrition.

Provides intensive outpatient chemical dependency treatment in a 3-phase service. In Phase 1, a complete assessment is done, and counseling and group interventions begin. In Phase 2, the focus is on a relapse prevention plan, positive coping skills, responsibility and sober life management. Parenting classes are offered to clients who are required to participate as part of their plan, and are also open to other participants who have children. Phase 3 focuses on self recovery, journaling, and family roles and relationship sessions. 12-step meetings, individual and couples counseling are primary components of the larger program. Program includes education on topics like domestic violence, dealing with trauma, health screenings, referrals to needed basic services (food, housing, etc.) Child care is not available during sessions currently due to COVID 19.
