Provides Community Health Workers (CHW) that assist pregnant women throughout their pregnancy and up to their child’s first birthday. CHWs provide outreach, health education, care coordination and advocacy. They bridge the gap between communities and the health and social services system while advocating for individual and community needs. Services are individualized and adjusted for each women's needs.

Offers support, guidance, and incentives (diapers and wipes) to pregnant individuals who are committed to quitting smoking and ensuring a tobacco-free environment for themselves and their babies.

Provides a program to help pregnant women ensure healthy pregnancies if they are dependent on opiates. The program provides prenatal and postpartum support for mothers and infants. Services include encouraging social supports, linking clients to community services and providing education about pregnancy and addiction. Also offers medically-assisted treatment and assists participants in preparing a plan for their detox after infant’s birth.

This program assists individuals who are pregnant and experiencing housing instability with financial assistance and case management to stabilize their housing.

Assistance for Medicaid eligible pregnant women. Services include assistance with finding a doctor, scheduling appointments, transportation, and referrals to other community services.

Provides a confidential support line for pregnant and postpartum individuals.

Provides residential substance abuse treatment for people who are in the late stages of addiction. Support and counseling are offered to family members of the individual in treatment.

Offers coupons worth $30 each month to WIC clients to purchase Ohio-grown fresh fruits, vegetables and/herbs at Farmers' Market Nutrition Program (FMNP) locations.

During the summer also provides a one-time $30 supplemental voucher to a limited number of participants for fruits and vegetables from selected local growers (Farmers' Market Nutrition Program), available while supplies last. Also offers speakers who discuss the program and the value of good nutrition.

Uses 21 Pathways model to address social determinants of health and to improve health outcomes. Also offers classes for siblings and grandparents. Offers a yoga class for pregnant women focusing on relaxation and breathing. Also, offers instruction in infant massage for parents of babies up to one year of age. Also offers specialized counseling for women experiencing depression due to pregnancy or childbirth.

Provides a trained counselor to help with quitting smoking during pregnancy or following the delivery of a baby. Offers nicotine replacement in the form of gum, the patch, nasal spray, lozenge, inhaler, Varenicline, and Bupropion.

Provides a program of classes that cover pregnancy-related topics such as pregnancy, baby care, discipline, and relationships. Participants earn credits they can use for items available by the agency, including car seats, cribs, diapers, formula and others.

Provides assistance with paying for repair or purchase of appliances, personal expenses (clothing, child restraint seats, diapers, toiletries, and so forth), home furnishings (beds, mattress and box springs, kitchen table, chairs, and so forth). Provides assistance with paying for treatment, relocation, and education due to infestation of pest(s) including but not limited to bed bugs, fleas, rodents, roaches. Maximum amount of assistance will vary depending on what is needed.
